100 claps for this one if I could. Justice should be blind, but not stupid. SCOTUS has a long history of bad decisions; this one belongs up there with Dred Scott and Plessy. I think it was Ketanji Jackson who recently warned them to consider consequences.

The word 'abortion' is not in the Constitution [neither is the right to marriage, sex or privacy], but bodily autonomy is: 4th Amendment, "The right of the people to be secure in their persons...shall not be violated..."

Other consequence-free decisions were the Scalia and Alito gun decisions, Alito's Citizens United decision, and the upcoming Independent State Legislature decision should be a real doozey. Fasten your seat belts.
