As an architect, I find Hudson Yards appalling. Just as Daniel Libeskind's brilliant plan for the World Trade Center site was bastardized by David Childs and the corporations that control New York, the opportunity of the Hudson Yards East [I'm sure HY West will be equally appalling] has been magnificently squandered.

Think of the genius of Rockefeller Center, then avert your eyes when you see Hudson Yards.
