Every New Year we greet the new one in hopes that it's better than the last one - which we usually disparage and bid a not-so-fond farewell.

This year we greet the New Year in hopes that it's better than the last one - which we can finally celebrate as a political success, for Biden, for Democrats, but especially for America.
