Funny [not] how "Strict Constructionists" and "Original Intent" seekers find an unfettered right to bear arms in the Second Amendment which begins, "A well regulated militia," but cannot find a right to privacy in the Fourth Amendment which begins, "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects...shall not be violated."

Scalia made up the unattached right to bear arms out of whole cloth. Bork called the Ninth Amendment a "water stain" on the Constitution.
