Harris is the obvious replacement. The 'Black Vote' would never forgive Democrats if she were cashiered for another white man. Nor should they. Harris is progressive, smart, tough, and has shown she can handle the pressure. I’d bet dollars to doughnuts that Harris would immediately excite the Democratic base, independents, undecideds and Never-Trumpers.

One thing that cannot be denied. A Harris candidacy would immediately put the “cognitive competency” issue squarely back where it belongs: ON DONALD TRUMP!
