Here’s the deal. If SCOTUS had a shred of legitimacy left it would vote unanimously for the Constitution, original intent, history and text, and disqualify ALL insurrectionists from holding “any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State.”

Trump would never accept this; more chaos will ensue. Nikki Haley could find support as the legitimate Republican nominee.
