I am so tired of Democrat’s pearl-clutching anxiety. Power is used or it is lost. Republicans, obviously, know this well. After the Kabul debacle Joe Biden better start pulling rabbits out of hats. The Reconciliation bill has the potential to gain – not lose – congressional seats in 2022 if it is done right. A) Boldly prepare America for the future. B) Boldly make sure ALL Americans and corporations [“Corporations are people, my friend.” – Mitt Romney 2012] pay their FAIR share in taxes.

Whatever happened to restoring the “talking filibuster”? Let Senators stand up and defend their opposition to middle-class structural help and corporate tax fairness. After they’ve exhausted themselves in embarrassing tirade, invoke cloture and then a simple majority can pass legislation.

Democrats MUST protect the right to free and unfettered access to the polls or else the party will lose in 2022 and Biden will lose in 2024. Voting in a truly pre-rigged election will be virtually impossible.

Democrat’s messaging is abysmal. How about: “Republicans take away your votes. We will take away their seats.” How about: “Republicans grab power for themselves. Democrats grab power for the people.” How about: “Republicans want politicians to choose the voters. Democrats want voters to choose the politicians.”

How about: Go bold or go home.
