I listened to the whole thing. I'm predicting a muddled mess of a decision. [Typical for SCOTUS in Dobbs and the 14th Amendment decisions.]

Thomas, Alito, Kavanaugh, Gorsuch qualified immunity.

Sotomayor, Kagan, Jackson, and yes Robert and Barrett not so much.

They'll send it back to the lower courts, no trial this year unless they sever 'private' from public immunity.
