I only hope that Joe Biden and/or his administration is truly as brilliant as your analysis seems to think they are. This reminds me of Bill Clinton’s “Triangulation” political strategy: Place the USA above and between Russia and China. As they entangle themselves in the mutually distrustful rapprochement between a bear and a tiger, move to re-establish the US as the dominant global force it was perceived to be a) after WWII and b) after the fall of the USSR. Sure, there have been disastrous missteps: Vietnam, Iran, and Iraq, Afghanistan to name just a few, but the true global game is the US, Russia, and China.
Russia is the key to the US re-establishing its supremacy as the world’s preeminent military power. China is the key to the US re-establishing its supremacy as the world’s preeminent economic power. Should these two things fall in our favor, the next step is the far more difficult one: America must prove itself truly deserving to lead the world in a new paradigm of revitalized democracy and economic egalitarianism.
For that to happen, history awaits.
