Indeed, it does. Deus sive Natura. God or Nature. Spinoza used the term 'God' so as not to be charged with atheism, but obviously it didn't work, and Spinoza was labeled an atheist by Catholics, Protestants and Jews alike.

Spinoza, I am sure, would appreciate both Schopenhauer's and Schrödinger's views on monism.
