Irony of ironies: The movie "Barbie" exposed Kenough as the ultimate Bro, and it didn't bode well for him. After Ken's evolution/transmogrification through all the iterations of Bro-ness, he came to realize that it was all a mass illusion. And when he collapsed in a fetal position of insecurity, he was borne [pun intended] again to see that a well-balanced man is an essential part of a well-balanced society.

He was, after all, just a Ken.
