It seems to me that if one applies Occam’s razor one can accept that time is necessarily eternal and space is necessarily infinite, both being codependent they are essentially self-referential. Non-linear time and non-dimensional space define a universe that cannot possibly exist, except that it does. ["Cogito, ergo sum."] Under this presumption, all these arguments, A, B, C, D [?] exist simultaneously which is why we can never divine [pun intended] which is correct. God may not play dice with the universe but it sure as hell [pun again] is having some fun with us.
