Let’s think outside the box. A lot of your ideas are popular and might be accomplished without constitutional amendments if we had a third-party which wasn’t a party. Parties are a relic of bygone centuries.

With the internet, independent minded politicians and independent minded voters could usher in a reimagined America. The old Democratic and Republican establishment apparatus will likely still be around quite a bit longer but with 1/3 of America identifying with neither party, but being an independent block, would force the other 1/3 Democrats and 1/3 Republicans to work with whomever to craft real solutions for the future.
