Abbott is literally “whistling past the graveyard” but he and other Texas Republicans might also look over their shoulder at former Michigan Governor Rick Snyder's (R), et al, currently in court facing criminal prosecution and jail-time for willful neglect of duty and their role in the Flint Water Crisis.
