Not sophisticated but I perceive time as a membrane between the 'past' and the 'future.' The past exists in our memories, the future in our imaginations. We live in the 'twilight zone' between the two. As with the quantum world, time does not really exist, it is only the probability of where we are in that membrane. It is only our necessary perception of that probability

that makes it 'real.'
