Pretty obvious Repugs are the proverbial ‘dog who caught the train.’ Remember how they voted as the minority in Congress to repeal ObamaCare over 70 times, then they became the majority in Congress and…crickets.

I believe the correct phrase is, ‘Hoist with their own petard.’
