Reform Article 1 Branch: Proportional representation of parties instead of representation by gerrymandered congressional districts. The duopoly is obsolete, we need multiple parties.

Reform Article 2 Branch: National ranked choice voting; instant runoff among top 5 presidential candidates assuring a popular vote majority winner.

Reform Article 3 Branch: Expand the Court and require 2/3 Senate confirmation. Allow Congress to vacate SCOTUS decisions by 2/3 vote.

Most of all, get dark money out of politics. Publicly fund all legitimate candidates. We now have "the best government money can buy."
