Thanks. As an architect, I’ve always been taught to find solutions by understanding problems and thinking outside the box. My FAIR tax idea follows another dictum, one of simplicity: Occam’s razor. One important coefficient I neglected to mention – possibly the most important – is a cost of living adjustment based on location, specific to one’s municipality. COLA is the great equalizer in economic strategy.
Reading USEP policy positions, I find I agree with most. I fear our generation’s opportunity to make fundamental change is nearly past, but the GenZ turnout this midterm election was the greatest surprise and the greatest hope for the future. It can truly be a movement. As the recent fusion advancement has demonstrated, the potential for energy output exceeding input is a paradigm shift that must not be squandered. There is much to be done to make it so.
