There was no justification for Putin's invasion, only lies, but we could all see it coming. Putin was very clear that he wanted to reconstitute the old 'Soviet Union' as much as possible.

He had already invaded Chechnya, Georgia, Crimea, Donbass, now Ukraine. Is there any doubt he would have continued if not stopped? As Zelenskyy stated, Ukraine is stopping Putin for everyone who believes in freedom and self-determination. Our support is an investment in the future of a democratic Western Europe.

The stupidity of this war is the arrogant stupidity of one man: Vladimir Putin.
