The illustration of the 'observable Univers' confuses me for two reasons. It shows a circle with a radius of 46 billion light-years, but isn't the diameter 46 billion years since the radius is some 13 billion light-years since the 'Big Bang'?

Secondly, if we live at the center of our little circle of the universe, doesn't the illustration indicate an infinite number of overlapping circles.
