“This cancel culture mob to decide.” ARE THEY F*CKING KIDDING ME?

The “Cancel Culture Mob” was in the US Capitol building on January 6 trying to decide the election for everyone and cancel the certification of the election of the legitimate President of the United States, who won by nearly seven-million popular votes and 74 Electoral Votes. THAT IS CANCEL CULTURE.

The “Cancel Culture Mob” lost over 60 cases across the United States at every level of local, state, and federal courts including three cases before the US Supreme Court; every case based upon lies, lies and more lies. Thrown out for lack of a shred of credible evidence by incredulous Republican and Democratic judges. THAT IS CANCEL CULTURE.

The “Cancel Culture Mob” tried to cancel millions of legitimate votes, specifically to cancel Black, brown and minority voters in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, in major US cities with large Black and brown populations. THAT IS CANCEL CULTURE.

Even now, the “Cancel Culture Mob” of Republican fascists has introduced over 250 bills in over 40 state legislatures across the country to disenfranchise and cancel Black, brown and minority voters. THAT IS CANCEL CULTURE.

The “Cancel Culture Mob” of Republicans aren’t even hiding the fact that Republican electoral policy means that Republican politicians are determined to choose the voters rather than have voters choose the politicians, because they know the only way they can win an election is to stop certain people from voting. THAT IS CANCEL CULTURE.

We are subjected every day to the phony patriotism of the “Cancel Culture Mob” of Republican pundits and politicians who bray about Dr. Seuss and Mr. Potato Head all the while distracting their gullible sycophant Neanderthal deplorable undemocratic bible-thumping idol-worshiping white-supremacist race-baiting base into believing that THEY are the real victims of racism, convinced that somehow equality for all is a zero-sum game in which THEY will be the losers to Black, brown and minority people. THAT IS CANCEL CULTURE.

I am so sick of this “Cancel Culture Mob” Republican game of banal bigotry going on since Nixon’s shamelessly racist “Southern Strategy,” to Reagan’s “Chicago Welfare Queen,” through George W. Bush’s indifference to the drowning Black people of New Orleans in Hurricane Katrina, and culminating in Trump’s unabashed instructions to white-supremacist Proud Boys to "stand back and stand by.” ALL OF THAT IS CANCEL CULTURE.

The only CANCEL CULTURE I want to see going forward is the cancellation of Trump’s Republican Party to the dustbin of history. If they want to filibuster Civil Rights, Voting Rights, Equal Rights, then let them stand in the Senate like Strom Thurmond for days on end if they have to and show America who and what they really are! That filibuster failed and Civil Rights passed because the vast majority of Americans were disgusted by the display of vile racism. Let Republicans defend their hated, bigotry, and racism. Let them prove without a doubt that the Republican Party is the party of, by and for, white nationalism and white supremacy. Let Republicans wallow in the shithole of their own making.

And let President Joe Biden stand for what is good, what is right, and what is just. Let President Joe Biden do what he promised the country he’d do: Restore the Soul of our Nation.
