Colorado District Judge Sarah Wallace has found that Trump engaged in insurrection against the United States. Trial judges find facts. That's what they do. Appellate courts adjudicate law, not facts.

Colorado's Supreme Court has agreed to hear the appeal - not of the facts, but of the judge's bizarre interpretation that 14th Amendment does not specifically mention the president of the United States as an 'office.'

I just did a quick word search of the Constitution. It mentions or refers to the Office of the President of the United States at least 25 time.
