You are on to it. If the leaker was a mere clerk, wouldn’t every justice have asked their clerks directly by now if they were the leaker? Wouldn’t that resignation be front page news? Wouldn’t that clerk be facing a life of ignominy?

These questions lead me to believe it was no mere clerk. With stakes so great, with consequences so incalculable, it points to a coverup at the highest level. The Court must be above suspicion, yet there is no sacrificial lamb.

Clarence Thomas said this weekend that SCOTUS would not be bullied. Thomas is projecting. Thomas doth protest too much, methinks.
